About Us

The Fulton County Regional SPCA located in Gloversville, NY is a volunteer run not-for-profit, no-kill animal shelter founded in 2002.

The Fulton County Regional SPCA Mission: To provide immediate shelter and care for any and all homeless or abused animals, and either re-unite these animals with their owners, find them new homes, or shelter them until such time as they are redeemed, adopted or humanely dealt with. The Regional Animal Shelter intends to provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a-week, and respond to the public and municipalities that they serve.

The Fulton County Regional SPCA believes that all animals deserve a safe, loving home. The Regional Animal Shelter also feel that education and awareness is key to eliminating the over population and animal cruelty crisis facing our communities. By offering low-cost spay and neutering services, low-cost rabies vaccination clinics, grooming and nail clipping services and training and healthcare classes we are confident that we will be successful in resolving these issues.
